Loans are provided directly by Valgaa Financial Services Limited. Prospective customers may submit a loan enquiry and complete identity verification (Aadhaar / PAN) through the App. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed only at a Valgaa branch — no loan is approved or disbursed within the App. Existing borrowers can view their loan accounts and repay amounts due through regulated payment gateways.

We collect Aadhaar Number and PAN Number only in numeric/text format for identity verification (KYC) and regulatory compliance. We do not collect or store scanned copies or images of Aadhaar or PAN cards.
When you make payments through the App (loan interest or custom amount), we may collect:
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.

If you choose to set a profile picture, the App accesses only the image you select. The App does not access your photo library at any other time.
We do not collect your location. The App includes a map showing the locations of Valgaa branches. The map displays our branch addresses only — it does not request, access, or store your device’s location, and the App holds no location permission.
If you enable fingerprint or face unlock, the verification is performed entirely by your device’s own operating system. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data. The App is only informed whether the check succeeded or failed. You may disable this at any time in the App settings.
The App uses Google’s SMS Retriever API to automatically read only the one-time password message that we send to you, so that you do not have to type it manually. The App does not request permission to read your SMS inbox and cannot read any other message. We do not access your call logs or your contacts.

You may request deletion of your VALGAA FS account and associated personal data by emailing support@valgaafs.com from your registered mobile number’s associated email address, or by writing to the address given below. Please include your registered mobile number in the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain under applicable financial regulations (such as loan and transaction records), which will be retained for the statutory period and then securely deleted or anonymized.
The App is intended for individuals aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
